They protect and promote the rights of women, children, and vulnerable populations, specifically their right to be free from abuse. SVSG offers case management, court support, psychosocial support, residential care, and community engagement. They are the main service provider for victims and survivors of gender-based violence in Samoa and advocate for women's rights, also aiming to protect and promote the rights of children. The 24/7 helpline is free of charge.

Fa'ataua Le Ola (meaning 'Value Life') is Samoa's dedicated suicide prevention organization offering free 24/7 crisis support. Established as Samoa's first and primary suicide prevention helpline, FLO provides telephone counselling, face-to-face counselling at their office, and support for anyone experiencing emotional distress, suicidal thoughts, or mental health crises. Also supports women experiencing violence.
