Launched by UNDP in 2020, has served over 10,300 cases.

UNHCR Syria - Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي

UNHCR-Syria provides free mental health and psychosocial services (MHPSS) through community centers across Syria. Services include group discussions, artistic activities, social events, one-on-one counseling, awareness sessions, and referrals to specialized services. Supports refugees and asylum seekers dealing with stress, trauma, and mental health challenges.

SARC operates specialized psychological health clinics staffed by qualified medical professionals providing free medical diagnosis, behavioral treatments, and medicines. Treatment courses range from 6 months to 3 years depending on cases. Services focus on behavioral disorders resulting from the ongoing crisis. Over 11,000 trained volunteers provide psychosocial support across Syria.

MHPSS hotline 6 days/week, services at centers and mobile units

UOSSM provides free mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services in northern Syria, including psychotherapy, group and individual psychosocial support, MHPSS hotline consultations 6 days/week, psychiatric interventions, and psychiatric medications. Services delivered through mental health centers, mobile units, and primary health care centers. Also operates child protection and GBV prevention programs.

Provides alternative care (family-like care, group homes), family strengthening programs, child protection services, and emergency relief.
