SafeNet – Domestic Violence Helpline (132)

24/7 toll-free domestic violence hotline operated by SafeNet network. Provides crisis intervention, coordinated referrals, and access to Seif Ples crisis center. SafeNet is a formal referral network of government and NGO partners providing frontline services to survivors of gender-based violence.

Seif Ples Crisis Centre

Open 24/7

24/7 crisis clinic providing place of safety, urgent medical care, psychological first aid, and emergency accommodation for survivors of violence. Part of Royal Solomon Islands Police Force. Services include medical treatment, emergency contraception, STI/HIV treatment, vaccinations, crisis counseling, and referrals.

Royal Solomon Islands Police Force (RSIPF) – Emergency

St John Ambulance Solomon Islands – Emergency Services

Nation-wide emergency ambulance service operated by St John charity. Provides 24/7 emergency medical response, patient transfer, and urgent medical care. Toll-free emergency number 111.

Solomon Islands Ministry of Health – National Mental Health Support Line

8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Government mental health support line providing psychological support, crisis intervention, and referrals to mental health professionals. Operates during office hours.

Christian Care Centre (CCC)

Anglican institution providing short-term shelter, psychological first aid, and referral services to women and children affected by gender-based violence. Part of SafeNet network. Operating since 2005 as one of two key frontline GBV services in Solomon Islands.

Save the Children Solomon Islands – Youth Mental Health Support Line

Provides psychological counseling and suicide prevention support specifically for young people. Operates during office hours.
