FREE 24/7 government hotlines for reporting gender-based violence, child abuse, and crime. 3512 for GBV/DV reporting, 116 for child abuse, 5798 for Gender Monitoring Office. RIB investigated 12,715 GBV cases in 2020. Works with Isange Centers.

FREE government child protection hotlines. NCDA operates under Ministry of Gender and Family Promotion. Provides child development, protection and promotion services. Reports of child abuse, neglect, exploitation. Works with Isange Centers and child-friendly legal services.

Iwawa Rehabilitation Centre

Government-run FREE rehabilitation facility for male delinquents over 18 with substance use and behavioral issues. Located on Kivu Lake island. Provides accommodation, food, medical care, therapy, and vocational training to help individuals reintegrate into society. Operated by National Rehabilitation Service.

FREE 24/7 government emergency hotlines. 912 is ambulance dispatch (SAMU coordinates pre-hospital emergency interventions with 600+ ambulances). 114 is toll-free call center for health emergencies. Both provide immediate access to Rwanda's health emergency services.
