Staffed by 25 trained psychologists working with psychiatrists to address anxiety, substance withdrawal, suicidal thoughts, violence situations, and emotional crises. Coordinates with emergency services (911, SEME).

Free 24/7 national domestic violence hotline for women operated by Ministry of Women. Provides psychological support, legal and social counseling for women experiencing domestic, intrafamily, and gender-based violence. Coordinates with National Police and other agencies. Operates nationwide including weekends and holidays.

Free 24/7 national child protection hotline operated by Ministry of Children and Adolescents (MINNA). Provides psychological, social, and legal guidance for cases of child abuse, sexual abuse, exploitation, neglect, and rights violations. Expanded from 45% to 80% call answer rate with 30+ professionals.

Peer-to-peer youth helpline providing free, scientific, unprejudiced information about sexual and reproductive health. Supported by UNFPA Paraguay. Young counselors aged 20-22 answer questions about contraception, menstrual cycles, pregnancy, STIs, and sexual rights.

Faith-based rehabilitation organization providing free residential treatment for addiction, social exclusion, and extreme poverty. Operates 10 self-help centers with strict abstinence-based program including work therapy, spiritual guidance, and social reintegration. Serves ~200 people in centers plus ~700 in prison programs.
