Malta's free 24/7 national social welfare helpline operated by Foundation for Social Welfare Services (FSWS) through Aġenzija Appoġġ. Professionally trained volunteers provide support, information about local social welfare services, referrals, and immediate assistance for people in crisis. Also handles EU Emotional Support Helpline (116 123) and EU Child Helpline (116 111) calls. Free from landlines and mobile phones.
