Government-operated 24/7 free mental health hotline providing confidential support, consultation, and diagnosis for various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, and substance use. Operated by mental health specialists in three shifts.

Mongolia's first and only NGO dedicated to advancing LGBTQI+ rights, offering counseling, mental health support, health advice, and community support. Established in 2007. Services available by appointment.

Mongolia's nationwide, toll-free, 24/7 child helpline offering assistance, advice, and support to children via phone, SMS, and webchat. Operated by the National Authority for Children with support from World Vision Mongolia and Mobicom Corporation.

National emergency dispatch services operated by the Information and Express Management Center of the General Police Department. Provides emergency police, ambulance, and general emergency response.

NGO providing free counseling hotline, psychological support, legal help, and shelter services for women and children experiencing domestic and sexual violence. Established in 1995, operates nationally with 20 staff and 100 volunteers at 16 branches.

Free peer support meetings for individuals struggling with alcohol addiction, following the international AA 12-step program. Meetings held twice weekly offering mutual help and shared experiences.

Free residential rehabilitation program for individuals struggling with addiction and homelessness. Offers structured environment with nutritious meals, medical care, sports, recreation, and work programs focusing on rehabilitation of body, personality, and spirit.

Free services for homeless people including mobile drop-in bus with meals, medical care, clothing, counseling; winter support with coal, blankets, food; residential care and treatment for addiction recovery; reintegration support for stable return to society.

Free home-based palliative care for people with terminal illnesses. Staff of 2 physicians, 3 nurses, spiritual care counselor, and bereavement counselor provide visits Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Part of United Methodist Church mission, established 2005.
