The National Lifeline is a free, anonymous 24/7 suicide prevention hotline operated by Embrace in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health. Provides immediate emotional support, psychological crisis intervention through active listening, suicide risk assessment, referrals to community mental health services, and dispatches mobile crisis teams in Beirut, Tripoli, and Tyre during mental health emergencies.

KAFA Support Center

KAFA Support Center provides FREE comprehensive services for women and children experiencing violence, forced labor, and exploitation. Services include 24/7 crisis line (03-018019), social work intervention, psychological evaluation, psychiatric referral, legal consultation, safe shelter referral, forensic documentation, speech/motor therapy for children, support groups, life skills courses, and psychosocial support. Targets migrant workers and GBV survivors.

Ministry of Labour Hotline for Women Migrant Domestic Workers

FREE 24/7 government hotline (1740) for female migrant domestic workers to report abuse, mistreatment, and exploitation. Operated by Ministry of Labour in cooperation with Caritas Lebanon, funded by ILO/EU. Social workers provide multilingual support, document complaints, information on workers' rights, and referrals to healthcare, legal assistance, shelters, and government institutions.

ABAAD - Resource Center for Gender Equality

ABAAD is a FREE UN ECOSOC-accredited NGO providing 24/7 emergency support for survivors of gender-based violence, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Services include 24/7 emergency safeline (+961 81 78 81 78), case management, psychosocial support, mental health services, emergency safe shelter, legal support, and prevention services. Serves nearly 25,000 beneficiaries annually.
