Free 24/7 toll-free helpline for survivors of gender-based violence in Jamaica, operated by the Bureau of Gender Affairs. Provides psychosocial support and connects individuals with resources for domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and other forms of abuse. Separate helpline numbers available for female and male callers.

Jamaica's ONLY domestic violence crisis shelter (since 1987) plus 24-hour crisis hotline. Free services for victims of domestic violence, rape, incest, sexual harassment, and human trafficking. Provides emergency temporary shelter (confidential location), counseling, hotline support, legal advocacy, and public education. Founded 1984.

CISOCA - Centre for Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse

Specialized police unit of the Jamaica Constabulary Force handling reports of sexual offenses and child abuse. Provides WhatsApp reporting for child sexual abuse cases. Part of law enforcement response to protect children and vulnerable adults.

Jamaicans for Justice (JFJ) - GBV Legal Services

Free legal aid and representation for victims of gender-based violence and human rights violations. Provides pro bono legal advice primarily to low-income and marginalized persons. Services include domestic violence protection orders, child custody, maintenance, divorce, and strategic litigation of human rights matters.

Founded in 1998 to advance human rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer people in Jamaica.

Free support organization for transgender and gender non-conforming people in Jamaica. Provides psychosocial counseling, crisis support, emergency financial assistance, care packages, virtual support groups, and advocacy. Critical resource serving highly vulnerable population facing violence, discrimination, and limited access to services.

National Council on Drug Abuse (NCDA)

Government-funded non-profit organization under the Ministry of Health providing drug prevention and treatment services including counseling (individual, group, family), harm reduction programs, drug testing, and public education. Established in 1983 with substance abuse officers and counsellors in every parish.

Jamaica AIDS Support for Life (JASL)

Largest HIV/AIDS-focused NGO in the Caribbean providing free comprehensive services including HIV testing, counseling, STI treatment, PrEP access, viral load testing, adherence support, nutrition counseling, and mental health services. Dedicated to preserving rights and dignity of persons living with HIV/AIDS.
