Free 24/7 helpline and safe house accommodation for women and children (up to 18) escaping domestic abuse. All services free regardless of financial situation, housing status or nationality. Support staff available 24 hours. No formal referral required.

Government of Jersey - Adult Mental Health Services

Crisis: 24/7. Main service: contact for hours

Jersey's public mental health service providing comprehensive support including crisis response, community mental health teams, psychological therapies, eating disorder services, perinatal support, and substance use services. Includes Jersey Talking Therapies, a free confidential therapy service for adults 18+.

Jersey Domestic Abuse Support (JDAS)

8am-5pm (voicemail available outside hours)

Free confidential government service for victims and survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Provides support, advice, safety planning, and practical assistance.

Jersey Action Against Rape (JAAR)

Helpline: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm, weekends 8pm-8am. Counselling: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (some evening appointments)

JAAR offers free, confidential support to survivors of sexual trauma, including rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment, and childhood sexual abuse. Free 1:2:1 counselling by qualified trauma-informed counsellors. They support people of all genders, backgrounds, and identities, as well as their families and loved ones.
