Provides first telephone assistance, guidance, and referral to victim protection services. Multilingual specialized staff available throughout Italy. Can be contacted by victims seeking to escape exploitation, as well as social service operators, law enforcement, and citizens wanting to report exploitation situations. Part of National Action Plan against trafficking 2022-2025.
