Free 24/7 helpline for gender-based violence survivors in Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Provides confidential support, counseling, and referrals to community-based services. Staffed by trained social workers and legal/psychosocial support counselors (male and female). Launched by UNFPA and General Directorate for Combatting Violence Against Women in KRI.

Free confidential counseling helpline for adolescents and young people launched by Iraqi Ministries of Health with UNFPA support. Provides age-appropriate information on mental health, reproductive health, adolescence, development, safe behaviors, family planning, HIV/AIDS, STIs, and referrals to youth-friendly clinical services.

Free child helpline for children and young people in Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Provides phone, Facebook chat, and email support for child protection issues. Operated by Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (DoLSA) with support from international organizations like UNICEF and Save the Children.

Operates 8 treatment centers across Iraq and Kurdistan with specialized care for torture survivors, DV victims, and traumatized populations including Yazidis. Founded 2005, treats 60,000+ medical cases and 35,000+ mental health cases annually.

Institute of Psychotherapy and Psychotraumatology (IPP-GCP)

Free psychotherapy clinic in Duhok serving the governorate population. Provides CBT, Narrative Exposure Therapy, relaxation exercises, and general medical checkups. Affiliated with University of Duhok. Founded 2016 with support from German government to address mental health needs following ISIS attacks. Operates Suicide Prevention Team and Sinjar branch clinic.
