Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team

Open 24/7

Free 24/7 island-wide crisis response service for people experiencing significant mental health deterioration or psychological distress requiring urgent response. Provides multi-disciplinary assessments and home treatment as alternative to hospital admission.

Community Wellbeing Service

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (Crisis Team: 24/7)

Free mental health support for people experiencing mild to moderately severe common mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and trauma. Offers guided self-help, therapy groups, and individual therapies including CBT, EMDR, and counselling.

Victim Support Isle of Man

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm

Free, confidential support for victims and witnesses of crime. No need to report crime to access service. Supports those affected by crime, death by road traffic collisions, unusual death, or domestic abuse.

Motiv8 Addiction Services

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm

Free, confidential, non-judgmental addiction support for individuals and families impacted by alcohol, drugs, gambling, and gaming. Offers one-to-one counselling, group programmes, and therapeutic interventions.
