Free 24/7 crisis hotline and services for sexual assault survivors. Guam's only rape crisis center providing crisis intervention, advocacy, medical-legal exams, STI treatment, emergency contraception, forensic evidence collection, counseling referrals, legal assistance, and temporary shelter. Services available regardless of police reporting.

Sanctuary Incorporated of Guam - Crisis Line

Open 24/7

Free 24/7 crisis line for youth (ages 12-17) and families. Provides crisis intervention, temporary shelter for runaway/homeless/abused youth, and support for issues including abuse, domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, depression, eating disorders, and suicide prevention. Serving Guam since 1971.

Guam Vet Center

Monday-Friday office hours; 988 Veterans Crisis Line available 24/7

Free confidential counseling for Veterans, service members, and their families. Services include counseling for depression, PTSD, military sexual trauma, and connections to VA and community support. No VA registration or service-connected disability required.

Alcoholics Anonymous Guam

Free peer-support meetings for individuals recovering from alcohol addiction. Open and closed meetings available throughout Guam. No fees or dues for membership.

Free victim assistance services for crime victims and families. Provides information on victims' rights, criminal justice process, case updates, counseling referrals, emergency assistance, safety planning, and court support. VOCA-funded services at no charge.

Salvation Army Lighthouse Recovery Center

Residential program (30+ days)

Free residential treatment program for homeless and at-risk men transitioning from substance abuse. Provides short-term and long-term residential care, detoxification services, cognitive behavioral therapy, and substance use counseling. Limited capacity.

Oasis Empowerment Center

Residential and outpatient programs

Free faith-based residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment for women. Offers detoxification, counseling, and transitional housing (Guam Bendisi). Government-funded program accepting no payment. Programs include 3-month drug rehabilitation and HUD-sponsored transitional housing.

Guåhan Doula Project

Free doula services and support for pregnant and postpartum women and families. Provides nonmedical support, advocacy, education, resources, and referrals to reduce maternal and infant mortality. Trained local doulas available.
