24-hour domestic violence helpline providing support, counseling, and referrals for victims, survivors, and perpetrators. Also provides housing assistance, food/clothing, career development advice, and educational programs.

Youth Support Hotline

24-hour crisis hotline for youth operated by Ministry of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment. Provides counselling, referrals, and psychological support for stress, distress, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation. Professionally trained crisis response personnel.

Psychiatric Hospital - Assessment Unit

Open 24/7

24-hour walk-in assessment unit at the Psychiatric Hospital providing emergency mental health evaluation and triage. No appointment needed. Government-run service.

CASA Mental Health Crisis Hotline

5pm-11pm daily

Mental health crisis hotline operated by Centre for Counselling Addiction Support Alternatives (CASA). Provides general mental health counselling and support. Available to persons 18+ including tourists.

Cocaine Anonymous Barbados

Mon 7pm, Thu 7pm, Sat 11am

Free 12-step fellowship peer support meetings for individuals seeking recovery from cocaine and substance addiction. Meetings held Monday, Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
