SOS Violência Doméstica

National free hotline (15020) for reporting domestic violence in Angola. Operated by the Ministry of Social Action, Family and Women's Promotion (MASFAMU) with over 16 trained technicians from the Integrated Public Security Center (CISP). Provides assistance to victims of domestic violence and gender-based violence. Part of Angola's network of resources including provincial offices (GASFIGs) and family support centers (CAFS).

SOS-Child helpline (SOS-Criança)

SOS-Criança (SOS-Child) is Angola's national free helpline (15015) for reporting child abuse, exploitation, neglect, and labor violations. Operated by the National Children's Institute (INAC) under the Ministry of Social Action. Anonymous, free, and confidential. Registered 1,894 child labor cases in 2023 alone.

Angola Police Emergency (CISP) Centro Integrado de Segurança Pública

Angola's national emergency police number. Terminal 111 is available in Luanda and Benguela provinces for reporting emergencies and requesting police assistance. Operated by the Integrated Center for Public Security (CISP). Note: Terminal 113 has been deactivated and replaced by 111. Service will expand to other provinces as CISP delegations are inaugurated.
