The Antigua Barbuda Support and Referral Centre (SARC) is a one-stop mechanism that provides medical intervention, psychosocial support, and legal advice to those who have experienced gender-based and sexual violence. Operated by the Directorate of Gender Affairs. They offer a 24-hour crisis hotline, crisis counseling, emergency shelter (up to 48 hours), medical examinations, court advocacy, safety planning, victim advocacy, referrals, and child-friendly spaces for children affected by domestic violence.

Women Against Rape (WAR) is an NGO founded in 2007 providing support services for survivors of sexual violence and gender-based violence. Clarevue Psychiatric Hospital is the sole mental health care facility in Antigua & Barbuda, operated by the Ministry of Health. Provides inpatient psychiatric care for conditions including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, suicidal watch, substance abuse psychosis, and attention deficit disorder. Facility has 130-bed capacity with six wards including maximum security unit.

The AIDS Secretariat is a government entity within the Ministry of Health that develops, implements and evaluates programs for prevention, management and control of HIV/AIDS and STIs in Antigua and Barbuda. Offers free HIV testing, counseling, advocacy, educational and training sessions, free condoms, contact tracing, support groups for people living with HIV/AIDS, and case management with referrals.
