ACDEO provides various support services including health and nutrition, education, gender-based violence support, and economic empowerment. They operate a Family Support Helpline (6464) offering counseling and advice. While not exclusively for gambling addiction, their helpline may be able to provide general counseling or direct individuals to specialized services.

Khatiz Organization for Rehabilitation (KOR) provides services focused on addiction prevention, treatment, and training. They operate addiction treatment hospitals, clinics, and residences, and offer prevention programs for HIV and blood-borne diseases for drug users. KOR also trains professionals to change attitudes towards drug addiction. They have been recognized as an Accredited Educational Provider of Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Programme.
